Susanne's team at Cushman & Wakefield have been working with organisations applying their Recovery Readiness programme to enable organisations to return safely to offices short term and to develop the strategy long term.
Research from their XSF@Home survey, a statistically based analytics diagnostic tool designed to measure employee experience in the current environment and employee logistical and psychological needs finds that 73% of the 53,000 respondents across 40 countries think remote working policies should be expanded, with 90% feeling trusted to carry out their work.
However, feeling connected to the company culture, wellbeing, learning and career development is suffering and is a driver for many to reconnect with the office; with radical improvements in diversity and inclusion across the workforce as traditional barriers of access and location reduce.
