Dramatic Change is new and it’s unique. We’ve combined centuries of learning from the Theatre with the latest insights from Neuroscience to create a transformational experience that guarantees dramatically increased team effectiveness – the capacity to reach organisational goals.

With our significant experience of 1:1 coaching, we recognise that some leaders still struggle to develop effective teams. The missing link in most team development activities is firstly: the uncovering of all the elements in the system that are holding back a team and secondly, the effective transfer from individual coaching to behavioural change across the team. Not so with Dramatic Change™

In this webinar we will explain how Dramatic Change:

  • acts as catalyst for team change
  • generates experiential learning with a twist
  • breaks down barriers, increases trust, uncovers potential and taps into the natural creative energy of a team.

Just to be clear, this is not about “Role Playing” or “Acting” by putting on behaviour layers. Instead, it’s about modifying behaviours that are limiting effectiveness, so that new team behaviour is internalised and authentic. And, importantly sharing this experience in the context of their real team challenges.

Producing dramatic and lasting change – fast!!
