PresenterAngela Courtney

Skill Level: Intermediate (3-5 Years of Change Management Experience)

Track: Empowering Change Management Success

Description:

Organizational change can be hard, and it’s possible for even the most skilled and charismatic change leaders to lose steam and fall behind plan. If not careful, short delays can cascade into missed milestones and deflated morale. It’s best if change managers and executives can detect and address lagging momentum at an early stage. However, even if early detection of issues doesn’t happen there are proven ways to re-ignite change momentum and rescue a project. This might sound intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. Angela Courtney is going to provide a compelling look at innovative and proven tactics change managers can use to turn around transformation projects that have hit roadblocks. Using examples and personal and professional stories, this is an interactive talk that will equip you with a blueprint to rekindle motivation and optimize your change initiatives.
