In this seminar you will learn about the eight dimensions of digital culture, how to measure it, and how to transform corporate culture.

Bio:

As a Senior Change Management Practitioner, Yvette supports clients to succeed with digital transformation from an organizational and people perspective. Her projects range from implementing digital strategies to turning companies into data driven organizations, but also enabling leaders and teams for new technology and a digital mindset. Yvette has worked and lived on three continents (North America, Europe, Asia) with a client base ranging across industries: Automotive, high tech, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, life sciences, retail, workforce management, and utilities. Yvette holds a Master in Business Administration from TIAS Business School, Utrecht (NL) and Master of Arts in Musicology from the University of Vienna (AT).
