David Miller is the Chairman of Changefirst which he established in 1995. At the beginning of 2018 Changefirst debuted its digital change tool - Roadmap Pro. It enables users to collaboratively plan, implement and track change management programs. Changefirst has spent the last 24 years helping change leaders implement change successfully. In this time, they have worked with over 300 organizations, trained over 30,000 people in their methodology and worked in over 40 countries around the world.
David has a passionate belief that people are key to the successful delivery of change and that organizations really can build sustainable competitive advantage through building strong change management capabilities.
He has lived and worked in Europe and the United States. In addition, he has spent time working in Asia and delivered change leadership programs in Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. His academic background is in Economics and Psychology.
David is a recognized speaker, writer and commentator on change management issues and his book - 'Successful Change: how to implement change through people’ – was published in 2011. His new book “Enterprise Change Management” was published in 2016 by Kogan Page.
