Agile uses iterative development cycles TO IMPROVE CHANGE OUTCOMES.
Change management drives employee adoption and usage of solutions TO IMPROVE CHANGE OUTCOMES.
Leading organizations must figure out how to effectively integrate these two complimentary, emergent disciplines as they move ahead into a future of drastic change. Tim Creasey, Chief Innovation Officer, will present data from Prosci’s recent research effort on how to more effectively adapt and adjust change management in a project utilizing iterative Agile processes. Scaling based on material impact, accounting for time and place, matching pace and cadence, getting selective –we’ll explore these steps and others that you can take to increase your impact as a change practitioner at the intersection of Agile and Change Management.
Tim is a dynamic presenter, researcher, and thought-leader on managing the people side of projects and initiatives to deliver organizational results and outcomes. His work forms the foundation of the largest body of knowledge in the world on change management. Through conference keynotes, presentation, webinars, articles, and tools, he has advanced the discipline of change management by moving it out of the "soft and fuzzy" realm toward a structured, rigorous approach for driving benefit realization and value creation on projects.
Tim coauthored the book “Change Management: The People Side of Change” and led Prosci's last eight benchmarking studies. He was instrumental in the development of Prosci's integrated approach to change management and has recently worked to support leading organizations in building change agility and capability as a core competency.
